Why it's different

Most apps count what went right. This one counts what went wrong, on purpose.

Log your reps and your clean reps. The misses are the work. Week after week, you watch the clean rate climb.

Today's tape

One technique video a day, picked from what you're struggling with.

The shelf

Every technique as a DVD spine. Taller means drilled more; faded means it's getting rusty.

Back-first ladder

Survive and escape first, then build up. It shows where you are and what's next.

Biggest lesson

Tag what went wrong ("squeezed too early", "mind froze") and get the fix.

Travel gyms + wishlist

"Go back?" verdicts for drop-ins, plus gyms, instructors and camps to visit, on a map.

Fight camp mode

Hide everything before a competition. Set the date and it turns on by itself.

This is a do-it-yourself kit, with no setup help or customer support. You'll run a few commands in Terminal (Mac) or Git Bash (Windows). The kit includes a step-by-step guide, a troubleshooting table, and a file that lets Claude walk you through anything you get stuck on.

Questions
Is it really free?

Yes. Download it, set it up, use it. If it helps you train, come back and pay $8.97 once. Honor system: no accounts, no checks, no nagging.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Cloudflare's free plan allows 100,000 requests a day, far more than a training log needs.

Do I need to know how to code?

No, but you'll paste a few commands. The guide tells you exactly what to type, and Claude can help with the rest.

What do I need?

A Mac, or a Windows PC with Git Bash. Node.js and a Cloudflare account, both free. Optional: a free Resend account for the Sunday recap email, and your own domain.

iPhone and Android?

Both. It's a website built phone-first. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.

Who can see my log?

Visitors see week-level progress only. Dates, notes, details and private lists stay behind your own owner key.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, if the domain is on Cloudflare. The guide shows how.

Why let people try it free?

Because the only way to know if it helps is to train with it for a few weeks. If it does, pay what it's worth to you: $8.97. Payments are final.
